The International Youth Chess Tournament will be held from July 12 to 21, 2009.
Venue: Blue-Bay Hotel, 37 Hamelahim Street, Natanya.
The tournament is open to FIDE rated players, who were born between 1991 and 1994. The inclusion of a number of unrated players will be considered individually.
